The Senior Dog Wellness Program

As your dog ages, they become more and more dependent upon you to maintain their health. Senior dogs are at risk for an increased number of illnesses. Janssen Clinic For Animals is now offering the Senior Dog Wellness Program designed to detect and/or prevent avoidable illnesses.

The Senior Dog Wellness Program includes:

• 2 Extended Wellness Pet Exams Annually
  
• All Vaccinations (DA2PPCVk, Kennel Cough, Leptospirosa, Lyme, and Rabies)
• A Senior Screening Package Level 2 ($330.74 value) which includes:
  • Blood Chemistry Panel to assess the health of vital internal organs
    
  • A Complete Blood Count to screen for anemia, leukemia, etc.
    
  • A Urinalysis - screens for kidney stones, bladder cancer, etc.
  • An Early Renal Disease Test - to detect early renal disease
  • Blood Pressure Screen to check cardiovascular and kidney health
• An Antigen Heartworm Test
  
• Fecal Analysis
• 2 Medical Problem Exams*
  
• 2 Medical Problem Recheck Exams*

The total cost of these services when performed individually would average between $1230 and $1320. As an enrollee in the program your cost would be $797.00 and the program runs for twelve (12) consecutive months. There are several payment options available. These include:

In order to remain eligible for this plan or the services entitled to you your account must be current. Your pet must be healthy at the time of enrollment. Dr. Janssen reserves the right to determine health status.
