Pet Spaying & Neutering - Kittens

A kitten should be spayed or neutered at or before the age of six months. In the case of spaying a female cat), there is the tremendous medical benefit of eliminating the possibility that your kitten may develop breast cancer later in life. Neutering a male cat has numerous medical benefits and diminishes the tendency towards objectionable behavior such as urine spraying and night prowling. Even with the extra care that we provide, our surgical services are offered at a very competitive price. The cost of a spay for a female kitten 6 months of age or less is $176.35. The cost includes patient care for the day, preanesthetic bloodwork and urinalysis to assess organ system health, one half hour of SAFETY FIRSTTM anesthesia, blood oxygen monitoring, the surgical procedure itself, a tube of anti-lick gel, and special litter.

The cost of neutering ("fixing" a male cat) is $146.55. Again, the cost includes patient care for the day, preanesthetic bloodwork and urinalysis to assess organ system health, one half hour of SAFETY FIRSTTM anesthesia, blood oxygen monitoring, the surgical procedure itself, a tube of anti-lick gel, and special litter.

We can also help declaw your cat in a safe and humane way
